Reiki (meaning Universal Life Force Energy) is a Japanese form of light-touch, hands-on healing. Gentle yet powerful, Reiki helps increase the body’s natural ability to heal itself by bringing about balance and loosening up blocked energy.
On the purely physical level, Reiki can relieve pain and tension, promote true and deep relaxation, and bring about a feeling of peace and wellbeing. Reiki’s healing energy can be used to help people of all ages including children, and also plants and animals.
On a spiritual level, Reiki can uncover how and where emotions are stored in the body that block the flow of Life Force Energy, causing feelings of fatigue, despair and mental fogginess. Through heightened awareness and active participation, the gentle release of these old emotions leaves you with an inner calm and clarity on how to better fulfill your inner desire to have more peace of mind, balance and joy in your life.
Shona is a Reiki Master, certified by Pamela Shelly, and is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
Reiki sessions are $60 and last approximately one hour.
Reiki-Tarot sessions combine the wisdom of the Tarot with the healing energy of Reiki. $70 for a one hour session.
Ruby Raven Healing does Reiki house calls in Caledon and surrounding area. $150.
